Special Purpose Machines
We start by studying your part to engineer its most optimal production operation — then build the SPM around that operation, not the other way round.

Parsana Machinery Manufacturing Company (PMMC) turns concepts into reality — designing Special Purpose Machines, automated production lines, and complete OEM manufacturing units engineered to produce millions of parts with consistent precision.
PMMC is built on 45+ years of hands-on engineering experience — founder Mr. Ghusabhai T. Parsana brought a career's worth of practical machine-building expertise to a modest 120 sq. ft. workshop and a two-member team in 2008. Today we operate from a 7,200 sq. ft. facility with a workforce of 150+ skilled professionals.
We deliver comprehensive engineering solutions that span the entire product lifecycle — from the initial verbal “idea” all the way to final production — and we are fully equipped to handle bulk supply orders.
We don’t build standard machines — we engineer solutions designed around your process, productivity targets and business goals.
We start by studying your part to engineer its most optimal production operation — then build the SPM around that operation, not the other way round.
Fully integrated, synchronized production lines combining machinery, automation, robotics, inspection and controls.
A complete, scalable manufacturing unit delivered ready-to-run — engineered to produce millions of parts.
Beyond individual machines, PMMC now builds and equips complete OEM production houses. Bring us a product and a volume target, and we engineer the entire manufacturing ecosystem around it: process design, tooling, a scalable fleet of Special Purpose Machines, automation, and material flow — optimized end to end.
Every unit is built to be scalable — start at your current volume and expand capacity in modular steps as demand grows, without re-engineering the line.
Rajkot is one of India’s most concentrated engineering and manufacturing hubs — a dense ecosystem of foundries, machine shops, tooling houses and component makers. PMMC is built inside that ecosystem, giving our customers speed, depth of supply, and cost advantages that are hard to match anywhere else.
Castings, forgings, machined parts and tooling sourced within a short radius — shorter lead times, lower logistics cost.
Generations of machinists, fabricators and engineers — a workforce fluent in precision manufacturing.
Cluster economics deliver world-class engineering at globally competitive prices for high-volume production.
Located at Metoda G.I.D.C. with strong connectivity to ports — machines and units shipped worldwide.
